2024 CPS Summer Leadership Institute (SLI)

This session will help SLs to determine the roles that support a distributed and supportive model and plan for how they will organize considering their staff their capacity. SLs will also explore key functions of ILT and instructional Teacher teams and determine what structures are needed for scheduling team collaboration time and coaching.
