2024 CPS Summer Leadership Institute (SLI)

This session will help School Leaders to develop their practice around supporting their Instructional Leadership Team to focus on the core functions of an ILT. We will explore resources and practices to help ILTs bring these core functions to the forefront of their meetings, so that ILTs can directly impact the growth of instructional practice as outlined in their CIWP.
