After developing a deeper understanding of the importance of teacher collaboration, administrators will strategically identify systems and structures to ensure the consistency of implementing collaborative practices. Administrators will be equipped with tools, best practices, and guidance to support collaborative and inclusive practices for their K-5 Math Teams.
