2024 CPS Summer Leadership Institute (SLI)

School leaders who implement CPS' policies related to bathroom access and honoring students' and all school community members' pronouns and names have been encountering increasing pushback. This session seeks to support school leaders to implement the practices of strong school leadership, including proactive communication, stakeholder engagement, and using moments of friction to deepen relationships and cultivate buy-in for district policies, resulting in a more inclusive learning environment for all students.
