2024 CPS Summer Leadership Institute (SLI)

In this session, school administrators will be given opportunities to explore ways in which they can build SECA capacity by meaningfully and intentionally supporting them in the classroom and incorporating them into various school teams. Administrators will be given updates on the new SEIU collective bargaining agreement and will be given work time and tools to begin planning how to align roles, responsibilities, expectations, and professional development to the SEIU contract in order build the capacity of SECAs.
