2024 CPS Summer Leadership Institute (SLI)

The Gradebook Overview is a tool in use by various schools throughout the district to turn the Aspen All Assignments and Grades export into a digestible gradebook report. This session will introduce school leaders to the insights available in the tool while developing an understanding of healthy gradebook practices. Leaders will then have the chance to find the "story" behind sample gradebook scenarios. Finally, they will work in small groups to reflect on their practices, their priorities, and to build out their cadence for the coming year.
