Network 15 invites school leaders to join us in reflecting on our data-informed journey, a change process that brought us from the unenviable position of having the most suspensions of any high school network to the one with the greatest decrease. Beyond the practical outcomes of our study, we seek to share our process of using both qualitative and quantitative data to more deeply understand trends in our school leaders’ decisions and their impact on students. Our case study explores, in particular, the use of OSS for students with 4-14s (drug use and possession) and the outcomes for students with and without OSS.
