The High Overview of the CPS Equity Framework allows participants to (1) have shared language on racial equity to apply to their individual role and scope of work (2) make meaning and connections between the four dimensions to advance equity and (3) begin building a toolkit that can help them practice the four dimensions of the equity lens.
