2024 CPS Summer Leadership Institute (SLI)

School leaders are tasked with coaching staff daily, no matter the personality or teacher's capacity. The purpose of this session is to demonstrate how implementing the art of transformational coaching not only strengths leadership skills, but it also helps to build an equitable school environment. School leaders will leave the session with a coaching plan that promotes digging beneath the surface of simply addressing behaviors of staff and one that taps into their ways of being and belief systems.
