CPS's Teaching & Learning Department is launching a process for schools to receive a district distinction of being a Proficiency Based Learning school. If your school is exploring equitable grading practices, standards based grading, proficiency based progression, adaptive pacing, more equitable assessment practices, or anything in between - come learn the supports the district can offer you in your journey and decide if Proficiency Based Learning & Grading certification is right for your school community.
